Patrone e Mongiello S.p.A. (VAT IT00864770763) and KH Automotive S.r.l. (VAT IT01470450766), both based in Zona Industriale, 85050 Tito Scalo (PZ), Italy, are joint controllers under Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for data collected through the pmgruppo.it website.

Browsing data. During normal operation, the servers hosting the website collect certain technical data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet protocols: IP address, browser type and operating system, date and time of the request, page requested and outcome. These data are used only to ensure that the website works properly and securely.
Data provided voluntarily. By filling in the contact form or writing to the email addresses shown on the website, users provide their first and last name, company, email address and the content of their message, together with any other data they choose to include.
Answering requests for information, quotes or contact received through the form or by email – legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in handling the communications received (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Ensuring website security and preventing abuse or spam – legal basis: the controllers’ legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Complying with legal obligations or requests from authorities – legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Providing data through the form is optional, but the fields marked with * are needed in order to answer your request.
Data are processed electronically by authorised staff with appropriate security measures. Data relating to requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up and, if no business relationship arises, for no more than 24 months. Browsing data are kept only for as long as strictly necessary for website security, according to the hosting provider’s settings.
Data may be processed by authorised staff of the controller companies and disclosed to suppliers acting as processors (website hosting, email and IT support services). If the request concerns the Polish site, data may be shared with Patrone & Mongiello Sp. z o.o. (Bielsko-Biała, Poland), a group company. Data are not disseminated or transferred outside the European Union.
This website does not use profiling or analytics cookies and does not install third-party cookies. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, with no connection to external services. For this reason, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Cookie Guidelines of 10 June 2021, no consent banner is required.
The Poland page contains a video hosted on pmgruppo.pl, the website of a group company: when the video is played, the browser connects to that server, which receives the technical browsing data.
The website contains links to external websites (for example Google Maps, the whistleblowing portal and the Italian National State Aid Register), which have their own privacy notices.
You may exercise at any time the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Requests should be sent to the contacts in section 1.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Reports submitted through the whistleblowing portal are handled on a dedicated external platform, which has its own specific privacy notice.
